‘Hand’ Cookie Recipe
226g (8oz) Plain flour
112g (4oz) Icing sugar
112g (4oz) Cornflour
226g (8oz) butter
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a dough is formed, (no need to sieve the flour).
Remove from the processor and push together into a ball.
Roll out to 1cm thickness and cut out your hand or any shapes using
Bake at 180 degrees C for around 15 – 25 minutes depending on the
size of the hand!
