Powerhouse (Sunday School)

The Powerhouse caters for Nursery to Primary 7 children and aims to provide a fun way to learn and experience following Jesus today.  Older young people are part of the Sunday morning Youth Fellowship which meets at the same time.  After joining in the 11am service the Powerhouse meets in the church centre.  Numbers have remained steady.  The children continue to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable and keen to grow in their faith.

Youth Fellowship in the Church Centre behind the church

YF meets weekly during the school term on Friday nights in the Church Centre from 7.30 – 9.30pm

We welcome youngsters from P6 upwards.

Most evenings we play games and have fun as we aim to build strong Christian foundations. We discuss issues facing young people today using the Bible as our guide.  We end the evening with a tasty supper as we share fellowship together.  We encourage YF to be involved in all aspects of church life and use their gifts in leading worship through praise, drama and ICT.

Most of all we want to create a loving and secure environment where all our young people feel valued and accepted as they hear the good news of Jesus.
